Finding the Perfect Fit
What's the best fit for you? Think about it for a moment: If four of your friends were all a size 8 and they were standing side by side, wearing the exact same size 8 PJ set, would it look and fit the same on all of them? Probably not, as you know our heights, weights and measurements have more variety than a box of chocolates.
Body type plays a major role in fit. So does personal choice. At Cool Sets®, we're thrilled to be able to offer a wide range of fun & flirty moisture wicking sleepwear and loungewear styles so you can choose what "fits" you best. Some of our styles are more "figure hugging" while others are designed to be worn loose and less form-fitted. Some are a little more sexy while others more modest — allowing you to pick the style that fits your personal style or mood.
You can choose whether you want our ultra-soft and sexy CoolBalance® moisture wicking fabric close to your skin or a looser fit. The primary advantage of a closer fit is that you get maximum benefits of the temperature balancing properties of your Cool Sets garment. The more skin it touches, the better it wicks moisture away and increases comfort. Since all items are designed for ease of movement, you don't have to "go big" with our garments to feel comfortable, but in some cases, if you want a looser fit and feel, you may want to order the next size up.
What Size Should I Order?
When deciding on a size to order, look at the style of the garment to see where it is most form-fitted. Then choose a size that best matches your own personal measurements in that area. If your measurements are on the high end of a size it is usually best to order the next size up. However, since all of our nightgowns and pajamas are sold as separates, you don't have to order the same size top and bottom — isn't that nice for a change!
In general, go one size larger:
- If you are between sizes
- If you want one of our more contoured style to have a relaxed fit
- If you generally prefer loose garments
- For pants if you're tall and want a little longer length (our waists are adjustable)
